Reservations appearing after that time will not be accepted.

Annual Lighthouse Cruise aboard the Cross Sound Ferry to 10 Area Lighthouses in New York & Connecticut!

Journey with us along the New York side of Long Island Sound and over to Connecticut to tour the iconic lighthouses during the most beautiful time of the year.

Our full-day cruise will provide a unique opportunity to view Long Beach Bar "Bug", Orient Point, Plum Island, Little Gull Island, Race Rock, North Dumpling, Latimer Reef, Watch Hill, and New London Ledge.

The lighthouse cruise vessel will stop next to each lighthouse and provide photo opportunities.

The funds raised by this annual cruise will go to the restoration and preservation of Southold area lighthouses.

Cross Sound Ferry has generously donated the vessel and crew for this benefit cruise.

Tickets are $82.50 per person for members and $95.00 for nonmembers, 200 total tickets available. Children 12 and under -- Free. Children 13-18, $41.25 each. No unaccompanied minors, please. Early reservations are suggested as this cruise is always sold out weeks in advance. Purchase online here.

Members-Only Visit to the Plum Island Lighthouse

Check-in time 9:00 A.M. -- Departure time 9:30 A.M.

Includes a trip to the island in addition to a visit to the Plum Island Lighthouse. Unique opportunity to view the newly constructed $1.7 million lighthouse rock revetment. No cost, compliments of Plum Island and Homeland Security.

EACH VISITOR MUST SIGN UP BY E-MAIL, OR PRINT THE RESERVATION FORM.

RESERVATION FORM MUST BE RECEIVED BY THIS OFFICE BY JULY 2, 2010.

E-MAIL OR PRINTED RESERVATION MUST INCLUDE YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, AND PHONE NUMBER. You will be sent a registration form to be completed and returned to East End Lighthouses. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.


Will need to check in at 0900 (9:00 A.M. at the administration building off NYS Route 25, Orient, NY, with photo ID, for 0930 (9:30 A.M.) departure. You can bring lunch in a disposable container or bag. NO CAMERAS or PHOTOGRAPHY, including photos taken with cellphones or any other device, permitted. Group pictures can be taken by Plum Island personnel. Trip will probably be limited to 38 people. Will be returning on the 2:30 p.m. boat.
